1. ما نحظره

يُحظر تمامًا استخدام V-Mail لأي شكل من أشكال الاستغلال أو الإساءة الجنسية للأطفال، ويشمل ذلك:

• إنشاء أو إرسال أو تخزين أو مشاركة مواد الإساءة الجنسية للأطفال (CSAM).
• استدراج الأطفال (Grooming) أو التواصل معهم بقصد جنسي.
• الابتزاز الجنسي (Sextortion) لأي قاصر.
• الاتجار بالأطفال أو تسهيله أو الترويج له.
• الصور أو المقاطع أو النصوص الجنسية للقاصرين المُنشأة أو المعدّلة رقميًا، بما فيها المُولّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.

2. كيفية الإبلاغ

استخدم نموذج الإبلاغ عن مخاوف سلامة الأطفال، المتاح أيضًا من تذييل التطبيق. صف المشكلة نصيًا فقط، مثل عنوان البريد المُرسِل أو موضوع الرسالة أو تاريخها.

• لا تُعِد توجيه أي مادة إساءة جنسية للأطفال ولا ترفعها ولا تنسخها. النموذج لا يقبل مرفقات.
• لا ترسل كلمات المرور أو رموز التحقق (OTP).
• تجنّب إدراج تفاصيل تكشف هوية الطفل ما لم تكن ضرورية.
• يُرسَل بريدك ونص البلاغ إلى جهة اتصال المطوّر المخصصة للتحقيق. البلاغ ليس مجهول الهوية وليس سريًا بالنسبة لهذا المستلم.

3. كيف نتعامل مع البلاغات

• يراجع إنسانٌ البلاغات؛ ولا ندّعي وجود فحص آلي للمحتوى.
• عند تأكيد مخالفة ومعرفة الحساب أو المحتوى المعني، نقيّد أو نزيل المحتوى و/أو الحساب المخالف.
• نتعامل مع المعلومات المتعلقة بالبلاغات بشكل محدود وآمن، ونقصر الوصول إليها على من يحتاجها.
• نبلّغ السلطات المختصة وفق القانون المعمول به.

Child Safety Standards

V-Mail is a multilingual private email workspace operated by NOVARIA and listed under developer KASH87. This page sets out our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Effective date: 25 October 2026.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services now. The report form is not an emergency service.

1. What we prohibit

Using V-Mail for any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited, including:

• Creating, sending, storing or sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Grooming children or contacting them for sexual purposes.
• Sextortion of any minor.
• Trafficking of children, or facilitating or promoting it.
• Generated or manipulated sexual depictions of minors, including AI-generated images, video or text.

2. How to report

Use the child safety report form, also available from the app footer. Describe the issue in text only, such as the sender address, message subject or date.

• Never forward, upload or copy CSAM. The form accepts no attachments.
• Do not send passwords or one-time codes (OTP).
• Avoid including details that identify a child unless necessary.
• Your email and report text are forwarded to a designated developer contact for investigation. Reports are not anonymous or confidential from that recipient.

3. How we handle reports

• Reports are reviewed by a person; we do not claim automated content scanning.
• When a violation is confirmed and the account or content is known, we restrict or remove the offending content and/or account.
• Report information is handled in a limited, secure way, with access restricted to those who need it.
• We report to the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
