سياسة خصوصية V-Mail
تشرح هذه السياسة كيف تتعامل NOVARIA ("نحن") مع البيانات عند استخدامك خدمة البريد V-Mail عبر الويب أو التطبيقات. تاريخ السريان: 24 أكتوبر 2026.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
- الحساب والهوية: اسم الحساب، بريد تسجيل الدخول، هوية البريد المحلية في V-Mail، وصلاحيات الوصول الممنوحة لصناديق البريد.
- المصادقة: تتولى Clerk المصادقة ومعالجة رموز التحقق وبيانات الجلسة والجهاز والأمان. قد يطلب تطبيق Flutter الأصلي رمز تحقق (OTP) عبر البريد؛ ولا نعني بذلك أن كل طرق الدخول مفعّلة في كل مكان.
- البريد: المرسل والمستلمون (To وCC وBCC)، الموضوع، النص وHTML، الترويسات، سجلات التسليم، والمسودات.
- المرفقات: الملفات التي تختارها وبياناتها الوصفية (الاسم والنوع والحجم)، وتُحفظ في تخزين خاص. روابط المشاركة هي روابط "حاملة صلاحية": يستطيع أي شخص يملك الرابط الوصول إليه حتى انتهاء صلاحيته أو إلغائه.
- التفضيلات والإشعارات: اللغة والإعدادات، رموز الإشعارات واشتراكات الدفع، ومعلومات الجهاز والجلسة والمنصة.
- البيانات التقنية: عنوان IP، وسجلات الطلبات والأخطاء والأمان.
2. أغراض الاستخدام
تقديم خدمة البريد وإرسال الرسائل واستقبالها، والمصادقة، وتخزين المرفقات، وإرسال الإشعارات، وحماية الخدمة ومنع إساءة الاستخدام، وتقديم الدعم، والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية.
3. المشاركة ومقدمو الخدمة
- المستخدمون المخوّلون لصندوق البريد ومسؤولو الشركة وفق الصلاحيات الممنوحة.
- المستلمون المقصودون ومزودو البريد الخاصون بهم.
- مقدمو الخدمة الذين يعالجون البيانات نيابة عنا: Clerk (المصادقة)، Supabase (قاعدة البيانات)، Cloudflare (توجيه البريد وتخزين R2)، ZeptoMail (البريد الصادر)، وبنية الاستضافة، وخدمات Expo ودفع الويب عند استخدامها.
- Firebase/Google وApple APNs فقط في إصدارات التطبيق التي تُفعَّل فيها؛ ولا يعني ذلك أن Firebase مفعّل في الخادم الحالي.
4. النقل الدولي
قد يعالج مقدمو الخدمة البيانات في دول أخرى غير بلدك، وفق ممارساتهم وشروطهم.
5. ما لا نفعله والأمان
- لا نبيع بيانات بريدك، ولا نستخدم محتوى الرسائل لاستهداف الإعلانات في خدمة البريد هذه.
- لا توفر V-Mail تشفيرًا من طرف إلى طرف. نستخدم HTTPS وضوابط وصول للتخزين، لكن لا يوجد أمان مطلق.
6. الأذونات
نصل فقط إلى الملفات التي تختارها بنفسك. الإشعارات اختيارية ويمكنك التحكم بها من إعدادات نظام التشغيل. لا تتطلب V-Mail الوصول إلى جهات الاتصال أو الموقع أو الميكروفون أو الكاميرا.
7. الاحتفاظ والأرشفة
نحتفظ بالبيانات طالما كان ذلك لازمًا لتشغيل البريد والحسابات والأمان والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية، وقد تبقى في النسخ الاحتياطية لفترة. الأرشفة ليست حذفًا نهائيًا.
8. حقوقك وطلباتك
يمكنك طلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو التصدير أو الحذف عبر نموذج التواصل. سنتحقق من هويتك قبل التنفيذ. الحسابات التي تديرها شركة تُعالَج طلباتها عبر مسؤول الشركة. قد يلزم الاحتفاظ ببعض السجلات، ولا نضمن المحو الفوري، وتختلف مدة بقاء النسخ الاحتياطية.
يمكنك تسجيل الخروج، وإلغاء الإشعارات، وإلغاء روابط المشاركة العامة في أي وقت.
9. روابط المشاركة والمحتوى الخارجي
قد يحمّل بريد HTML محتوى بعيدًا، وقد تتصل الروابط الخارجية بأطراف ثالثة. عند المشاركة عبر ميزة المشاركة في نظام جهازك، يصبح التعامل مع المحتوى مسؤولية المستلم.
10. الأطفال
V-Mail ليست موجهة للأطفال، وبريد الشركات مخصص للمستخدمين المخوّلين. إذا علمت بوجود بيانات طفل، أبلغنا عبر نموذج التواصل.
لمخاوف الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال واستغلالهم، راجع معايير سلامة الأطفال واستخدم نموذج الإبلاغ النصي. يُرسل بريدك الإلكتروني واسمك إن قدّمته ووصفك ومعرّف الرسالة إلى جهة اتصال المطوّر المخصصة للمراجعة والمتابعة والإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، باستخدام مزوّد بريد النظام. يخضع الاحتفاظ لسياسات مزوّد البريد وصندوق جهة الاتصال والالتزامات القانونية. لا تُرفق أو تُعِد إرسال محتوى مخالفًا، ولا ترسل تفاصيل تكشف هوية الأطفال إلا عند الضرورة.
11. التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة ونغيّر تاريخ السريان. نهدف لأن تطابق السياسة الإصدار المنشور من التطبيق وإجابات قسم أمان البيانات في Google Play، دون أن يمثل ذلك وعدًا بموافقة أي متجر.

V-Mail Privacy Policy
This policy explains how NOVARIA ("we") handles data when you use the V-Mail mail service on the web or in apps. Effective date: 24 October 2026.
1. Data we collect
- Account and identity: account name, login email, your local V-Mail identity, and mailbox access grants.
- Authentication: Clerk authenticates you and processes verification codes, session, device and security data. The native Flutter app may request an email one-time code; this does not mean every sign-in method is enabled everywhere.
- Mail: sender and recipients (To, CC, BCC), subject, text and HTML body, headers, delivery records, and drafts.
- Attachments: files you select and their metadata (name, type, size), kept in private storage. Share links are capability (bearer) links: anyone who has the link can access it until it expires or is revoked.
- Preferences and notifications: language and settings, notification tokens and push subscriptions, and device, session and platform information.
- Technical data: IP address and request, error and security logs.
2. Purposes
To provide mail sending and receiving, authentication, attachment storage, push notifications, security and abuse prevention, support, and to meet legal obligations.
3. Sharing and processors
- Authorized mailbox users and company administrators, according to granted access.
- Intended recipients and their mail providers.
- Service providers processing data on our behalf: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Cloudflare (mail routing and R2 storage), ZeptoMail (outbound mail), hosting infrastructure, and Expo / web push services when used.
- Firebase/Google and Apple APNs only in app versions where they are enabled; this does not mean Firebase is enabled in the current backend.
4. International processing
Providers may process data in countries other than yours, under their own practices and terms.
5. What we don't do; security
- We do not sell your mail data, and we do not use message content for ad targeting in this mail service.
- V-Mail does not provide end-to-end encryption. We use HTTPS and controlled storage access, but no security is absolute.
6. Permissions
We access only files you choose. Notifications are optional and controlled in your operating system settings. V-Mail does not require access to contacts, location, microphone or camera.
7. Retention and archive
We keep data as long as necessary to operate mail and accounts, for security, and for legal obligations; copies may persist in backups for a time. Archiving is not permanent deletion.
8. Your rights and requests
Request access, correction, export or deletion through our contact form. We will verify your identity first. Requests for company-managed accounts are handled through the company administrator. Some records may need to be retained; immediate erasure is not guaranteed, and backup retention differs.
You can sign out, turn off notifications, and revoke public share links at any time.
9. Share links and external content
HTML mail may load remote content, and external links may contact third parties. When you share through your device's native share feature, the content becomes the recipient's responsibility.
10. Children
V-Mail is not directed at children, and company mail is intended for authorized users. If you believe a child's data was provided, report it via the contact form.
For child sexual abuse or exploitation concerns, read our child safety standards and use the text-only reporting form. Your email, optional name, description and message reference are forwarded to the designated developer contact for review, follow-up and necessary legal action using the system email provider. Retention depends on the email provider, the contact's mailbox and legal obligations. Never attach or forward abusive material or include details identifying children unless necessary.
11. Changes
We may update this policy and its effective date. We aim for it to match the released app version and our Google Play Data Safety answers; this is not a promise of any store's approval.
